Speaker Cancellation and Refund Policy

A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Clients can cancel within 14 days of the booking and receive a full refund, provided the event date is more than thirty days away.

If the event is within 30 days, refunds are not available, as preparation time and diary commitments are already in place.

If accommodation, travel, or any other fixed cost has been booked after the client’s confirmation, these costs must be covered by the client if they cancel at any stage. This includes non-refundable train tickets, hotel stays, or other prepaid arrangements.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform me of your decision by means of a clear statement.
