This is exactly the same presentation as the in-person session, delivered online through a platform of your choice.
It runs for two hours and is built around footage filmed from the camera on my body armour during my time as a combat medic in Afghanistan. It follows the full story from landing in country to the final moments of the tour, shown step by step. Everything you see is genuine with nothing staged or shaped for effect.
The session can be shaped around what your audience needs, whether that is leadership, mental health, or how people cope in demanding situations. There is time for questions and open discussion, and I stay on the call afterwards for anyone who wants to talk further. It is direct, honest, and unlike anything most people have seen before.
All footage has been cleared at the highest level by the Ministry of Defence for presentation; I have delivered it to Cadet Associations, British Legion groups, the NHS, the public and a range of other military units. Where necessary, faces have been blurred and personal and operational detail hidden.
