This is a two-hour in-person presentation built around unique footage filmed from the camera on my body armour during my time as a combat medic in Afghanistan. It shows the story from initially landing in Afghanistan until the very end.. step by step. Every moment shown is genuine; nothing staged, nothing polished. You’ll see leadership, resilience, humour, fear, and the kind of teamwork that only exists when people depend on each other completely.
Each session can be tailored to your audience, whether you want to focus on leadership, mental health, or how people cope under pressure. There’s plenty of time for questions and open discussion, and I always stay to talk with anyone who wants to go a bit deeper afterwards. It’s honest, powerful, and different to anything you’ve seen before.
All footage has been cleared at the highest level by the Ministry of Defence for presentation; I have delivered it to Cadet Associations, British Legion groups, the NHS, the public and a range of other military units. Where necessary, faces have been blurred and personal and operational detail hidden.
The presentation fee is £800 for venues within an hour’s drive from Frodsham in Cheshire (WA6). For anything further, travel is charged at £0.50 per mile or the price of a train ticket, whichever makes more sense. Invoiced separately. Any travel over three hours will require an overnight stay.
